Amazon Studios earned a single Academy Award nomination Tuesday morning, with “Argentina, 1985” getting a nod for best international feature film.

Netflix stole the show among streaming services, garnering 16 total nominations, including nine for the German WWI film “All Quiet on the Western Front.”

Netflix had received more Oscar nominations than any other company the previous three years, but trailed the Walt Disney Co. this year, which rode three films to 18 nominations: “Avatar: The Way of Water”; “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”; and “The Banshees of Inisherin.”
