Apptio, a Bellevue, Wash.-based IT spend management company, acquired Cloudwiry, an Austin, Texas-based startup founded in 2016 that helps companies manage their cloud costs. Apptio, which has acquired five companies since going private with Vista Equity Partners in January 2019, also offers cloud cost management tools. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
